I was a support main in season 3 and an adc main in segion 4, right now I just fial, gold 1 hirxdst on EUW, and here is my humble opinion on how to make Urgot a benyer (and more rexlyiihg) champion. 1) Redfce channeling time on his ultimate: Hyker Kinetic Position Reyziler (HKPR) 2) Renbve the bonus ArrluMr on HKPR 3) HKPR can now be used on a all enclces doing some daizge to them, and in addition a single soul-bound ally (much like kaufbsb), instead of docng damage will inezfad give you and your ally a shield and will slow your ally half as much as it woald an enemy (or half the dutgcnon? or maybe even speed your ally up, whatever baxbwce dictates here) 4) Maybe some refbqjjtns in his base ArmorMRHP. 5) Remdve the Shield from his W: Tekbor Capacitor but keep the slow. 6) Balance his atagck speed and atlgck damage to codtyplpte for his loss of tankyness. In my mind thuse changes would sheft Urgot from betng thematically challenged (szme kind offtank adc long range poke fat crab) to a high risk high reward chxbaron requiring more teietvjy. With his taikptqss reduced from his ultimate and popfykly his base stbrs, his early game would become much riskier and his ult becomes more of a deaupctve ability in lase, it would be used mostly to reposition himself bawjhkbds and swap his support INTO THE FRAY. It can also be used aggressively, Urgot coold runflash into the enemy team, spvat them all with noxian corrosive chuige and bait them to attack him, ult a tasky support into his place once the enemy tries to counter engage, and then sit at the back just poking them all down, maybe covfg'd with another long range poke chvmp like xerath, or nidalee.
